Shipping
Packages are shipped USPS. Orders are processed within 7 business days. Shipping times vary, but we aim to have your candle(s) to you within 9-12 business days. We do not ship expedited orders. We currently only ship within the US.
Subscriptions
Candles ship monthly for the duration of your selection
(Example: 1 candle per month for 3 months).
At this time, subscriptions must be purchased separately from any other item(s) including other subscriptions. In order to successfully purchase a recurring candle subscription, it must be purchased by itself.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We're happy to replace any order that is damaged during shipping. If you received a damaged product, please email hello@mountainmoonwax.com. Please also include a description of the problem and a photo of the damage.
Giving A Gift?
If you are purchasing a Mountain Moon Wax Co. candle as a gift, please let us know and we will gladly include a handwritten note with your customized message.
Candle Safety
Both lit and unlit candles are not toys. Mountain Moon Wax Co. candles come in jars that are fragile and may become hot when in use. Do not handle the hot jar. Keep the wick trimmed to a 1/4 inch. If flame smokes, extinguish, trim wick, and relight. Burn candle on protected surface away from flammable materials and drafts. Extinguish flame before covering candle. Do not allow candle to burn less than 1/2 inch from the bottom of the jar. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Bulk Orders
